Five things I thought about during my morning run:
1. These older folks I see almost every time I am at the gym. They are plodding along. You have just got to hand it to them. They are doing what’s best for them–and their families–by taking care of themselves. It ain’t easy. 2.Emma has been at a friend’s house all night. She keeps texting me. I love that. 3.
